One our favorite projects from 2014 was a residential home in East Austin located at 2102 Chestnut Ave. With 2,401 square feet including three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, we like to think it is one of the prettiest homes on the street. Developed by Ethan Hyams of Hyams Homes in conjunction with Kinney & Associates, this house sold quickly.
