Whereas other firms will want to be compensated for every minute of their time spent on your project well and before you've hired them and signed the contract, we believe you should have the opportunity to sit down with us and decide for yourself whether or we are a good fit for both you and your home.
Our initial consultations consist of one hour of time with either our Principle Architect or Lead Project Manager at your property at absolutely NO COST to you. We will assess the property, go over your ideas, and give you our initial impressions of the project. If you like what you hear, we will then go back to our office and work up a full proposal for you to review, again, all before a penny has ever left your pocketbook.
